Q: What equipment should I buy to get started?

A: We recommend a 5 or 7lb steel mace to start. We include discount links inside the course once you buy, but you can use any steel mace brand! Recommended 1.25 inch or 1.5 inch diameter.

Q: Do I need Yoga experience to be successful in this course?

A: No, this course is designed for all levels & zero experience in yoga or steel mace required. We teach you a non-dogmatic style of functional movement, yoga, strength & mobility that you can take anywhere.

Q: Do I need mace experience to get started?

A: Nope! This is a very through & safe program for anyone who desires to strengthen their shoulders, core, & legs while gaining mobility! No mace experience required. You can start with a wooden dowel too, while you order your mace. Mace are usually $30-50 online and well worth the investment.

Q: Can I use a weight or a dumbell, and get the same results?

A: We do recommend you invest in a steel mace, but if you are in a pinch or traveling and want to try using a dumbell (5 or 8lb) go for it! You can also use a light 3, 5lb or 7lb steel club.

Q: How many Days a week should I do Steel Mace Vinyasa 101 to get results?

A: That depends on your current conditioning level - but aim for 3-4 days a week of the Steel Mace Vinyasa Conditioning workouts to gain strength. If you are doing other kettlebell or strength programs, you can easily integrate a few Steel Mace Vinyasa Conditioning drills, or Prime drills into your workouts. Inside the course, I explain exactly how to plan out a 7 Day Flow - with 3-4 Days of Steel Mace Vinyasa 101.
