In this one of a kind online learning experience, Coach Summer Huntington leads a full Steel Mace Vinyasa workshop, Mark Wildman leads a Clubs & Neural load workshop, outdoors on a handbuilt Cedar Stage at Flow State Campout.
Adrienne Renee facilitates her Mindful Mechanics class programmed specifically to release bound fascia that can inhibit your mace practice, at the Flow Shala.
This complete trio of workshops will give you extensive insight into how to get the most out of working with these tools, whether you are brand new to any of these practices or you’ve been practicing for awhile.

Functional movement patterns are facilitated by understanding the nuance of your movement, the torque and leverage of your tools and how to mobilize your tissues post training. Mindful Mechanics and Mace will take your training to the next level with ease and laughter as you get to know these passionate coaches, Summer, Mark & Adrienne.
This 'one of a kind' course has high definition live footage with real people doing these movements, so you can see how it lands on many body types. It's as if you were training with them in person.
Summer and Mark Wildman have been colleagues for over a decade and have advanced training and thousands of hours teaching Steel Clubs and circular strength training. This is their second video production together at Flow State Summit, a non-conventional gathering for movement and flow based workshops. Adrienne has worked with Summer for 7 years, has studied Structural Medicine and myofascial length testing and is a body worker. She educates her clients on how to regain mobility safely, and makes her classes accessible to all.

Mark Wildman’s workshop has a highly entertaining no-bulls**t style of coaching, and you’ll learn:
- Proper mechanics for gripping heavy clubs & increasing overall grip strength
- How to build technique for swinging heavy clubs for maximizing core power

Summer, Mark and Adrienne emphasize creating a wave in your training days, moving from low intensity to moderate and then high intensity. In this online course, Adrienne's workshop is a full low intensity recovery day programmed specifically to restore tissues most commonly bound in the steel mace and club athlete. You can start and end with her workshop to maximize mobility.
Adrienne’s Workshop is the ideal decompensation workshop post mace and club training, you’ll learn:
- How to release the neck muscles and fascia to improve posture
- Breathwork to enhance self myofascial release
- Anatomy based mobility training for any-BODY
- Deep shoulder and lat tissue releases to drastically increase range of motion
- Clear concise instruction to elongate tissues while giving you a better understanding of your biomechanics

Meet Head Coach Adrienne:
Adrienne is passionate about the human body, integrative studies and re-wiring neuromuscular compensation patterns for her clients using the trifecta of Structural Medicine, dialogue and movement training. She is a private coach, yoga teacher, and Structural Medicine Specialist with The Institute of Structural Medicine. She has taught yoga for 6 years and is a Head Coach at Flow Shala, where she teaches a variety of group fitness classes — including Vinyasa, Mindful Mechanics, Steel Mace Vinyasa + FlowFit. She also host workshops on Vinyasa Fundamentals, Inversions & Back-bending, or Self Myo-Fascial Release at Flow Shala.

Meet Coach Mark Wildman -
Mark Wildman grew up in rural Ohio on an equestrian therapy horse farm. He learned the value of health at a young age, while watching his mother work with kids who suffered from autism, paralysis, and degenerative diseases like cerebral palsy. Mark is passionate about coaching fitness and circular strength training. He is always finding new ways to apply his knowledge of training science. Mark’s passion for design and aesthetic beauty is evident in the results of his coaching of tactical fitness, aerial fabric, physical combat, and sword fighting. Mark is based out of Los Angeles, California. His main client base is professional athletes and the Hollywood elite. Mark has been contracted to travel around the world and train some of Hollywood biggest stars for various A list movies.
Meet Coach Summer Huntington -
Summer Huntington holds a Masters in Kinesiology: Human Movement and Performance. She has taught her signature educational seminars globally on loaded asana & conditioning for yoga since 2011, is a Master Trainer for RAD Roller (Self Myofascial Release tools) and studied under Noah Maze & Rocky Heron at Wanderlust Hollywood to complete her 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. Summer’s approach integrates Flow psychology, applications of Flow based training and mindset. She is the founder of Flow Shala, a movement and lifestyle studio in Bellingham, WA and specializes in adult behavioral change & helping people cultivate a meaningful movement practice.
She believes we are stronger together, and hopes to empower people to create a meaningful movement practice. Summer lives in a tiny home in Bellingham, Washington with her son Cedric and practices Steel Mace & Dance / Free Flow and performs occasionally at the local Circus Guild.
