This 2 hour Meal Prep 101 course takes you step by step through a DIY 2 hour meal prep lesson to help you make 3 meals a day for 5 days, so you don’t have to even think about cooking during the week. You’ll learn how to batch your cooking, so that you can reach into the fridge and grab your balanced meals.

You’ll get a shopping list and recipe guide + 12 Multi-angle videos teaching you how to get the most out of Meal Prepping. We give you a framework, that you can adapt and make your own.

I’ll teach you the principles in the course to balance your proteins, smart carbs and veggies with healthy fats and foods that improve gut health.
