"For the past three months I have been participating in Flow Shala virtual studio. I totally appreciate the knowledge and skill of the coaches and how seamless a virtual class feels. Strength and mobility has begun to re/gather in my body, and there are now moments I can take my movements into a flow state. Resiliency has been seeping into my mindset, throughout the day, and these movement practices have added a measure of ease to my running. Most valuable to me, during this time of covid 19 isolation/lock down measures, is the sanity, the routine, and the ability to just roll on that this has offered me. I am a caregiver to my 88 year old mother who lives with alzheimer's dementia and covid safety measures meant we lost all outside support. Flow Shala has gotten me -- us -- through some tough times."

"I’ve been training at Flow Shala for four weeks and I’ve increased core strength and general fitness. I’ve noticed the difference when I play with my kids. There are many virtual and in-person classes at Flow Shala but I’m a big fan of the early morning classes. I’m a beginner at this thing but so far I would describe Flow Shala as yoga meets crossfit. Never boring."
