Q: Do I need Yoga experience or to be flexible to be successful in this program?
A: No yoga experience required, this program will give you access to mobility regardless of age, flexibility and even most injuries.
Q: What if I am deconditioned, is this program appropriate for me?
A: Yes, this program is for anyone who wants to get stronger & more resilient. There are bodyweight only mobility classes, self myofascial release classes and even down-regulation style workouts for those who are just getting started, or even those who are experiencing fatigue.
Q: How long will it take me to finish this course?
A: There are atleast three - 12 Week programs inside of this collection. So it may take you anywhere from 9 months to a year plus to get through all of the content! Use it for years to come, this collection is timeless.
Q: What if I am doing a heavy clubs program or another training program? How can I fit this in?
A: The Embodying Flow Collection can be done stand alone, or integrated 2X a week into your current training program as loaded mobility. You can use it even 1X a week and see results in your range of motion, power, and decrease in pain.
