Hi, I’m Summer — I’ve spent the last 17+ years teaching movement, training coaches, and bringing somatics, strength, and nervous system regulation into a powerful union. With over 40,000 hours of coaching and a Master’s in Kinesiology, I’ve studied the body through many lenses. What I saw again and again was this: most people are missing a practical system to access their full range of power, presence and fluidity.
That’s why I created Steel Mace Vinyasa, a combination of Yoga, Intelligently desigend HIIT Training protocols & loaded flows.
This practice is for the everyday mover and the elite coach alike. It bridges old world strength tools with new world nervous system wisdom. Whether you’re tight in the hips and shoulders, recovering from injury, or bored with your practice — this will change the way you move.
What Makes Steel Mace Vinyasa Different?

Each session builds in complexity, with regressions and progressions provided. You’ll start with mobility and control, then integrate foundational mace skills like 360s, drop swings and mills. From there, we train patterns in HIIT style circuits (2 min work/30 sec rest) to condition the nervous system for dynamic movement.
Finally, we bring it all into a Steel Mace Vinyasa Flow — then strip the weight and finish with unweighted yoga sequences that feel like flying.
