About your Instructors:

Summer Huntington, MS

Summer is an innovator & leader with a strong pedagogy. She is an internationally recognized educator as well as a movement & performance coach. She holds a Masters in Kinesiology, 500 Hour Advanced Yoga teacher training. She is the founder of Steel Mace Vinyasa and Clubbell Yoga, two powerful strength & mobility based systems.

Summer studied online training interventions in the workplace for her thesis, and has implemented Custom Corporate Wellness programs for Western WA University, Trident Seafoods (700+ employees), Hexcel Aerospace Engineering and did her thesis on Website Interventions for wellness. She has also published over 15 Online Courses for mobility education, is a Master Trainer for RAD Mobility and curates workshops and retreats around the US and the globe. 

Summer marvels at her students for their dedication to this practice and is honored to empower individuals to tap into Flow in her classes, seminars and workshops.

She created Flow Shala to be a blend of ritual, playfulness and wisdom that makes you crave movement. Her approach takes into account holistic wellness, including stress reduction, flow education and behavioral change principles

Durango Duran

Durango is a highly skilled and experienced fitness professional who has been working as a master trainer since 2015. He specializes in kettlebell training, bodyweight exercises, and H.I.T (High-Intensity Interval Training) style workouts.

 

With his extensive knowledge and expertise in these areas, he is able to help his clients achieve their fitness goals and transform their lives.

 

In addition to his passion for fitness, Durango is also an outdoor guide who enjoys rock climbing and sea kayaking. This love for outdoor activities allows him to incorporate elements of nature into his training sessions, creating a unique and refreshing approach to fitness.

 

Durango's ideal client is someone who is willing to put in the effort to make positive changes in their life. He understands that transforming one's health and fitness requires commitment and dedication, and he is there to guide his clients every step of the way.

Q: Does this workshop cost?

A: No cost! It's totally free to attend. We wanted to bring back nutrition seminars and offer massive value to our community!

 

Q: What do I need to attend?

A: While nothing is required to attend, we do recommend bringing a journal and pen so you can take notes!

 

Q: I can't make the live workshop, can I get a recording?

A: Yes! Everyone who registers will get a recording sent out the next day. The recording will last 7 days before it expires!

 

Q: What is Ancestral Nutrition?

A: Great question! Eating much like our ancestors, so cutting out the extra processed foods. We can't fully explain it here, but recommend you attend the workshop to learn more! We will go over the full ancestral nutrition guide!
